    A state funeral was held in St Andrew's United Church on Bloor Street East, Toronto. A hearse, along with a cortege of 12 cars, took the casket for burial in St Marys Cemetery, Cain Street that afternoon. Also buried in the cemetery are Arthur Meighen's grandparents and his parents Joseph Meighen and Mary Jane (Bell) Meighen and his wife Isabel Cox.
